WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.

Hazard: | The hanger clamp on the tire swing can fail causing the tire swing to detach. This poses a fall hazard to young children and risk of serious injury. |
Incidents/Injuries: | Miracle Recreation Equipment Co. has received three reports of injuries, including two reports of cuts requiring stitches and one report of a fractured foot. |
